Banyan Tree Residences Show Apartment

The styling of the sales centre and show apartment at Banyan Tree Residences in Dubai was the focus. The concept was developed in cooperation between The Atelier and the UAE based firm Sweid & Sweid.

The idea behind Banyan Tree Residences is to provide a sophisticated experience that isn’t too far from that of a contemporary metropolis while still maintaining a particular holistic value. By adding layers to the bedroom show apartment and sales centre that precisely mirror the brand’s core values.

The idea is to use lush gardens as a canvas for striking contrasts that complement the surrounding flora and fauna while also bringing a cosy warmth that is both recognisable and distinctive.

The essential elements of the house can be reached without interruption thanks to the open and spacious layout, which is reminiscent of the coastal surroundings.

The villa’s size alone tempts visitors to explore and find new things all around the place. The end product was a well-balanced interior with each area being both useful and aesthetically pleasing.

Villa Palm Jumeira I

The project’s main focus was to create a neutral base that encouraged calm and clean lines. The natural light is enhanced by the clear tones of the Carrara marble floor, to which the large windows that attempt to bring the outside in—the sea and the beach—also contribute.

Both the dining room and the living room are located in the same, spacious area. The only thing separating them from one another are the large windows that allow for great interaction between the various spaces and maintain the connection with the kitchen. The availability of the horseshoe game on the ceiling, both in the sitting area and the living room, is one of the details that draws the most attention. A touch of sophistication that also amplifies natural light.

Villa Barr Al Jissah

Barr Al Jissah is the secluded luxury paradise where magnificent mountains and tranquil waters peacefully lie in the background. It is renowned for its cinematic views and spectacular surroundings.

The synchronous pattern was preferred, as well as a colourful outside scene that would match the client’s style of living. The Atelier merged the separate communal and private living areas while maintaining a consistent flow and organisational structure.

This is accomplished by largely focusing on the colour scheme, which included strong finishes. These would stand out against the woodwork and metal accents, for which brass was chosen as the media. Smooth exterior and autumnal colour tones matched the Bar Al Jissah villa’s colour scheme and helped it to exude a cosy warmth.
