A custom-made Jeff Zimmerman light fixture from R 20th Century hangs in the barrel-vaulted great room of a Long Island home renovated by architect Thierry Despont; the ottoman/cocktail table is clad in a Soane Britain cowhide, and the Guglielmo Ulrich wood-frame armchairs from Craig Van Den Brulle have cushions of a Pierre Frey fabric.
