Granddaughter of homes tycoon Sir Lawrence Barratt, Fiona Barratt-Campbell is an interior designer with an unmistakable design philosophy – clear cut, textual and classically modern. Her refreshing approach mixes bespoke, modern and antique, with her own custom-designed accessories and furniture.

In her words, the company’s success in creating fluid and elegant spaces is that they are born of understanding the aspirations of the client, the relevance of the location and maximizing the potential of the existing elements of the space, then developing this with imagination and vision.

Her styles mix understated glamour using simple designs for pendant lights and bedside table maps to design chandeliers for a truly elegant and deluxe finish.

 

Fiona emphasizes the importance of choosing the right lighting design for different rooms, choosing clever and often simple lighting designs that express individuality and creates elegant interior spaces, and the overall ambiance and feel of a room.

Fiona Barratt’s sophisticated Chelsea apartment is an example of her work and simple, modern glamour. Nothing too fancy or outrageous, just clean simple lines and profiles in neutral, calming shades of grey.

Far from being dull, there is a sense of sophisticated drama with strong black accent pieces, black and white photography, and of course shiny silver metallics.
